AUI3 Up Close & Personal Show:

I haven't been able to get the full episodes lately, but I have gotten all the mp3's so I'll just do a review without the judges comments because I don't have those.

Lee Harding - "Plush" by Stone Temple Pilots. It was good, but a lot slower than the regular version and Billy Klippert's from CI1. Actually, every single song was a lot slower than the original version tonight for some reason.

Kate DeAraugo - "Ironic" by Alanis Morrisette. Not that great. And not just because it's hard to do Alanis if you're not Alanis, it just wasn't good, she just sounded bad.

Dan England - "Rooster" by Alice In Chains. This was really good, because he lived up to the original version while adding in some of his own style.

Anne Robertson - "Dangerously In Love" by Beyonce. Anne's good, she sounds almost just like Beyonce, but she's still good.

Daniel Spillane - "Song for you" by Michael Buble. He always sings Michael Buble, probably because he's good at it. He has a way of picking songs that most young people don't know (I know it because I know Michael Buble and they play it on my radio station all the time) but still making himself sound good.

Emily Williams - "How come you don't call me" by some loser. She was bad, that's it.

I'll download the clips from Monday's Top 6 Motown show tonight and do the review tomorrow.

Milly's off AUI3. Sorry I didn't recap, but I didn't get the whole show and it's hard to judge on just the mp3's which have no judge's comments either. I'll miss her and her purple hair, she was my second favourite. She wasn't that great of a singer, but she was cool.

Lee is singing "Eye of the tiger" this week for 80's night!! He'll do awesome with his tropical fruit bowl. Dan England is singing "Broken wings" by Mister Big (Marty's song from 80's week last year), Emily's singing "I wanna dance with somebody" (she stole Cossie's song from Season 1 just like she stole all her other songs), Anne's singing "Open arms", James is singing "Truly" by Lionel Richie (Kaleb!) and I forget what Daniel Spillane is singing. But I looked at that list once last week and I remember like all of them!!

Australian Idol Top 9: Idol's choice

Kate DeAraugo - "Not that kind" by Anastacia. She was good, she's like my 5 favourite or something. The judges liked her.

James Kannis - "Love the one you're with" by Luther Vandross. Just...ew. And that's not just because I love LV. He's such a Callea copy, seriously, except he's SO BAD. The only reason I like him is because of what he did for Lee, which I'll explain later.

Roxanne LeBrasse - "The Voice Within" by Christina Aguilera. She sounds like a mouse. A mouse high on sugar. Seriously, I have no idea how she got this far, she's really bad. She's nice, but really bad. The judges liked her, but she went home.

Emily Williams - "Hero". by Mariah Carey. Also SO bad. Seriously, she's just...BAD. She's my 2nd least favourite aside from James. All the judges liked her for some reason, except for Mark who hated everything last night, I'll explain later.

Lee Harding - "Holiday" by Green Day. Lee is the just the best. He has pink and black hair with yellow sometimes and he has lip rings and like 10 stud and spike bracelets and all this rings and he's just the BEST. He wears pink eyeshadow too! I seriously love him. Kyle liked him and so did Marcia, but Mark's a stupid idiot so he asked Lee if the song actually meant anything to him. Lee says "I'm not a very political person, but I really like the song" which is fine, but Mark gets all mad and is like "What, so you just sing songs you don't understand and don't care about?" and Lee was like ummmmm and Kyle was like "It's not about the message anymore, he dug the song and did it justice", but Mark was being a bitch about it and got worse near the end of the show.

Milly Edwards - "Sunday Morning" by No Doubt. She's my second favourite, she's like Chanel from last year except she looks just like Emelia but a lot prettier, she has like bird hair which is brown with a purple stripe and she goes so well with Lee, I have this picture of them together and it's the cutest thing!! She's so shy all the time which makes her so cute! She wasn't that great with ND though, Kyle hated it, Marcia didn't like it that much, and Mark was mean like he was to everyone that night.

Dan England - "To be with you" by Mister Big. Dan's great, he like has all these dreadlocks and always wears this toque, he's my third favourite I think. The judges though he was okay, and he was.

Daniel Spillane - "If I could" by 1927. Dan is the cutest guy ever. Seriously, he just has this face, he kind of looks like a wolf puppy but not really, it's hard to explain. No one likes him so I think he'll be gone next week, but seriously he's awesome. His voice is like deeper than Anthony's. The judges thought he was okay too.

Anne Robertson - "Independent Women" by Destiny's Child. Anne's cool, she's in the middle of my list somewhere. Everyone liked it except for Mark, of course, and this is where he totally went overboard. He started saying that it was BS and that there was no attitude and that he expected a bosom shake or some other crap and Anne was like "Ummm I don't do that kind of thing" and he got all pissed and then walked out. Seriously, he got up and stormed out to backstage. Anne started crying because she felt really bad, but it gets worse.

So after the show, Mark decides to hunt down the REAL cause of his anger: Lee. Yup, he's still pissed about Lee apparently "not caring about the political meaning of the song". So he finds him and starts yelling "YOU, I'm really pissed off with" and pointing at him and Lee was like ummmm and there's a picture where Lee is just like :0. He didn't really know what to say. And then James came and was like "You can't just shut him down like that!" and then Mark ran backstage again. That's why I like James, is because I think it was good of him to do that for Lee. Apparently he likes Kate too. And Lee likes Milly or something. Inside Idol gossip.

School is crap. Well, sort of crap. Spanish is crap, they're so stupid, even stupider than last year and they won't learn anything so we have to do the same thing like a billion times.

English is fun because of Sandy but stupid Coltin steals my desk so I get pissed at him.

Planning is boring as hell so I just draw boxes.

French is allright, awesome because of Sarah but boring because it takes forever.

Lunch is fun because I get to spend it with Pat most of the time.

Lunch today was fun because I made my fishnet tights into armwarmers, they used to go around my back but then I couldn't breathe so I just cut them at the top too, they're a little loose but they'll do and I couldn't wear them before, so.

My mom's in Tswassen visiting my grandparents for her birthday. I could have gone if I had not decided I was well enough to go to school today, which I kind of wasn't because once I got there I was all blaughhhhh. Not as much as I was yesterday, though, yesterday I like, died and slept.

Colin Holmes is HOT. Like, seriously, whoa. He was hot in grade 6 and 7, but now that he's in grade 9 he's like whoa. I don't want to talk to him though in case he remembers what happened in grade 7 when I liked him. I was such a retard. And if he remembers he'll be like um get away. Ian says I should ask him out because he'll say yes, but I was like no....

RFR is on!! Oh good I haven't really seen this one, I think I was on the phone last time it was on.

Patrick and Teresa don't get home till like 8:30 cuz they have long classes at UVic so I've been home by myself like all day. Our bus came sooooooooooooooo late, seriously, at like 4:20 when it's supposed to come at like 3:50!!! Because our driver had some problems or something.

Yeah, so anyway, Colin's only looked at me like twice this year, the first time when I was talking to Ian, and the second time when I came out of planning. Or there was today when I came out of English, and I also saw him on the way to my locker at lunch. He didn't look interested, but then he didn't look not interested either. It was kind of like a meh look. But seriously, he's like Harry Potter with red hair. But like I told Ian, there's like a billion other girls who like follow him around, so.

And now I have to make my dinner. And then I'm going to bed so I can die because I'm so sick and tired. Literally. And I just got off the phone with Sarah and I can't talk. N's are d's, m's are b's, and so are p's. Yeah. Whatever I just said then. Oh, and t's are d's too. Ch's are g's it seems. Yes. And f's are sometimes b's too. Ng's are just g's.

It sucks so much now that Joshy is gone. Sorry I didn't recap the performances, I was out with Pip all night and Wednesday Ehlie was here and I was too wrapped up in playing Ahriman's Prophecy.

Now Ashley, there was a problem there. Something was wrong with her, she kept like coughing and her shoulders were moving up and down and she looked like she couldn't breathe properly, and this started while Ben was telling whether she or Daryl would be in the bottom 3. And when Ashley got told it was her, Daryl wouldn't let her leave because he could obviously see there was something wrong.

So she went down there, and it got worse, but nobody seemed to want to do anything about it even though she was like hyperventilating to the max and I was freaking out.

Josh got sent back first.

Before the final result, Ben asked them both if they were okay and Ashley couldn't really talk because of how she was breathing, or rather couldn't breathe.

Ashley went home, and both her and Melissa lost it and both started crying, and Melissa started telling Ashley how she knew it wasn't right and stuff.

Ashley started crying uncontrollably along with the not breathing thing, and they made her sing anyway even though she really couldn't but tried anyway. She went through the audience and stopped at Daryl's mom and then her own family.
