So this is what happened since Thursday:

On Wednesday night I told my brother that I would go, but then he went to bed and then I kept thinking that I shouldn't so then I decided not to, so I was going to leave a note on his door before I went to bed, but then I went to bed and accidentally fell asleep right away and then Tim woke me up at like 8 the next morning and he was like all excited about going so I didn't want to disappoint him so I just left my mom a night saying what to say to John if he phoned and a PS saying GO THERESA SOKYRKA. And she's safe, so that's awesome. And ELoser is gone, so that's even better.

So then we drove the car up to the bus stop and then parked it and got on the bus to the ferry and went on the ferry, then we got to Tsawwassen and had to take like 50 more buses before we got to Martha's house, but then we did. And then I put my stuff upstairs and went outside to play with Hannah & her friends because Martha was at work. But then that was boring so then I went for a walk with this guy named Tyler who was a loser.

And then me and Tim and the kids went to the library and I read some more of "Charlie Bone and the Time Twister" which I was reading at Royal Oak but then I had to return it for the summer and I haven't gotten to read any of it since but I found it there and I read it, and I made friends with this 12 year old chinese girl named Irene, and I got her to read the first Charlie Bone book "Midnight for Charlie Bone" which I have read and so has Sandy, and she took it out. Sandy's read all of them.

So then we went to the park for a little while, and then went home and I watched Canadian Idol, all of it, so I was glad. The group song was pretty cheap, though! Lol, Theresa and her mandolin.

And then I phoned Jonathan. When I told him I was in Vancouver he was like "Damn! I wanted to do something." which I totally KNEW was going to happen if I went, the magic fortune telling penny told me so. And then he said that I was in Vancouver perpetually and I wa slike shut up! He even phoned my house in Victoria at 7pm, which is EXACTLY when the penny told me he was going to. I didn't listen to it. I seriously will next time. Stupid me. Never underestimate the power of the fortune telling penny, seriously. You'll regret it.

So anyway, I said about how I didn't know if he was going to feel the same when he came back and he's like "You got my number. I couldn't ditch you now if I tried, and I don't want to." like he meant that if I hadn't have gone up to him at the mall we never would have happened, because he didn't see me at the mall, he had his back turned. Not purposely, and besides, I was on the other side leaning against the wall! So then I was like "Why not?" and he's like "Because." and I was like "Because what?" and he's like "Because I like you. A lot. Whole bunches!" so then I laughed because I love it when he says retarded things like that. So I said about how ELoser got kicked off, and then I said about how I was trying to be okay even though it wasn't good (him leaving) and he's like "I think it's okay, and good...except for the HORROR of someone being voted off Canadian Idol." and I was all like shut up it wasn't horrible it was good. But then he said that he promises we'll do something in the first two days that he's here in December. He says that when he comes back we'll pick up where we left off. And then just before he had to go I asked him what person he was to me and he's like "Well I don't know, why don't you tell me?" and I was like "I asked you first" and he's like "Well, I counter-asked your first asking with a second asking" and I was like "That's not fair!" and he's like "Yeah well, LIFE'S not fair, get used to it" and I was like "Well, what if I counter asked your second asking with a third asking?" and he's like "You can't do that. It's against the rules." and I was like "The rules of what?" and he's like "The rules of counter asking and asking twice!" which I thought was just SO retarded, but it was funny. So then I was like "Well then, maybe I'll just tell you what I HOPE you think of me as" and he was like "Okay, what do you HOPE I think of you as?" and I was like "I hope...that you think of me as your...girlfriend" and he's like "I do...and I hope that you think of me as your...boyfriend" and I was like "I do." so then he had to go and then I was crying.

But then the next morning (Friday) I got up and went to Playland and went on rides and stuff which I'll tell you about tomorrow and then went home and went to sleep with Hannah in her room. Martha told me to phone Jonathan to see when he was leaving on Saturday because I forgot to on Thursday night but when we got home it was way to late because we mised the bus.

And then Tim woke me up this morning (Saturday) and was like "We have to leave...in like 20 minutes." so then I was totally like well get me the phone because I won't have time to phone him at our house so I phoned John at like 8:45 and it was so funny because we had both just woken up so we couldn't really talk properly and then he kept pretend snoring in the phone at me so I was pretending to be mad even though I wasn't and then I was downstairs and then I was hitting Tim with a pillow because he was making fun of me so then I went and sat on the stairs and I was saying about how he might totally like forget and he's like "Like I could forget you!" and I was like "Why not?" and he's like "You're too memorable." and I was like "How?" and he's like "Because, you're completely nuts and you yell at people on the streets!" so then I went back upstairs and I saw Hannah's poster of all the Disney Princesses and I told John about it and I was like "Which one is your favourite?" and he's like "What a stupid question I am SO not answering that!" and then I was like "NO, tell me" and he's like "That's dumb, let's move on!" and I was like "Okay fine then, there was something I wanted you to say, but whatever, if you're too dumb then that's fine!" and then he was like "Okay, what are my options?" and so then I told him and he was like "I'm not answering the question unless you're one of the options" and so then I was like "I don't have to be." and so then he's like "They're all second to you" which was TOTALLY what I wanted him to say so I'm glad he got it.

And then I was like "But I totally messed it up last time, when I said that stupid thing at the end" and he's like "Well, there was a lot of stupid things, which one?" and I was like "You're SO mean!" and he's like "I'm kidding!" so then I was like "That one that I wouldn't say what it was and I accidentally said it was something else, you know what I'm talking about?" and he's like "Yes." so then I was like "BUT there's no point in talking about it because you don't even care!" and he's like "Yes I do." and I was like "No you don't!" and he's like "Yes I do. I'd show you, but I don't think I can exactly do that right now, if I could then I'd prove you wrong, you can hold me to that promise next time."

And then I said about how I have no significant item of rememberance and he was like "Name your new locker after me, and I'll name my new locker after you" and I was like "Okay, but what are you gonna say to your friends when they ask you why you're talking to your locker?" and he's like "They won't ask, they already know that I'm completely nuts" so then I was like "So what are you gonna say to them when they ask you what you did?" and he's like "I'm gonna be like...went to the mall, bought video games, played video games, went to Whistler, met gorgeous women and got them out on dates!" and I was like beh how freakish! And then he said about how he liked me more and I was totally like no you don't and then I was like "I still don't get WHY you like me, I don't get what you see" and he's like "Because you're you"

And suddenly I was like "In Ukranian, Sokyrka means 'Little Hatchet' " and he was like "Wow, that was random." and then he said "I've got something to give you. It's in England, I've had it for ages, I've been saving it...and it's something that I think you'll really like" and just before we got off the phone he's like "You're very precious to me" and that made me be like oh my god. And then he had to go. And then I went too. But then we missed the 11am because I was on the phone and Martha was being dumb or something and John was leaving at like 2pm or going on the 2pm plane or being at the airport at 2pm to get a plane, he had no idea, he was too tired to make sense. He said he cared because he was tired. He also said he cared about me and my stomache ache.

I don't think it'll be THAT long till December, only like 111 days. And then there's school and stuff, so it'll be fine. Gary Beals' album is out, and he will be on CI next results show, FYI.

Results show time, finally! They do the intro stuff, then it's the idols playing instruments. So first we get Jason on guitar, and it's some railroad song that I have forgotten. Kalan is fiddling (violining?). Theresa has a mandolin. Elena on keyboard. Jacob looks real comfy with his gee-tar. The audience starts clapping, Aus Idol style. Oh, there's Shane with a guitar..did he get to sing yet? Did I forget to mention that they were singing? Um. Ok, now Shane sings. After Kalan and before Jason (with his new deep voice and accent aimed at keeping the easterners voting). Shane is pluck-pluck-pluck at his guitar, but Jacob faces Kalan like they were doing duelling banjos.

Ben's t-shirt looks old and faded, kinda like Mr Lightfoot who comes on the stage and babbles his gratitude. He looks all happy though. Yay for Canadian Icons!

Break. Then Ben yabbers, then the judges say how they like their musical idols, and Farley is on about Starsearch moments. Sass likes everyone, but Zach seems to have changed his mind about something after he saw the show on telly. He isn't saying what though. More ads now. Then, Billy! YAY!!!

Back with a montage of Billy from last year, with "If You Could Read My Mind" playing. Billy version. How clever! Then he comes on and sings that Waiting for the Sun to Shine song from his cd. Title? Um. Ya know, that one. He dances about and yells a lot and the crowd screams and his band looks very old (where are ya Benny??) and boy, does he sing a long version of this song. Then Ben comes on and hands him a towel (Ryan and Ruben, anyone????) and they both keep talking at the same time. Hee! Then I remeber Billy is better if he doesn't talk too much. Billy goes away and hits Ben on the head with the towel on his way out.

Break, then back with Jon Dore being so dumb I am not wasting the time to type it up. Just not funny.
Finally, the idols are on stage. They show the Queens' U guy as usual. They all yabber. Then we get a Debra Byrd montage, where they all say how great she is and I notice that when Shane speaks, he sounds like a little girl. Byrd is in the audience, having a cry. Perhaps we are eliminating her instead this week.

The judges all agree that Elena will be sent home. Then we suddenly switch to the idols and Ben is recapping the judges' comments from last night, but nobody is being told if they are safe. They all look a bit worried, except Shane, who laughs as usual. Hmm. More ads, then we find out.

Oh and it's rapid-fire. Kalan-safe. Jacob-bottom 3. Theresa-safe. Then Ben does some weird thing, so I start out thinking there are 4 in the bottom 3, or maybe 2. Elena and Shane are the other two.
Zach complains about regional voting. Does that mean you, Jason? Zach also says Jacob shouldn't be there. Jake would send Elena back to safety.
Oh no! Shane is safe. Jacob and Elena. They are both going to sing their songs. I bet Jacob goes home, Zach was mad like this when Kaleb got the boot. They sing, but I don't wanna listen. I hate that version of Sundown, and I have to wonder if he did it on purpose. Weird.

Finally...Elena is out. That was too close. The Queens guy holds up a sign that says "robbed". Had that with you all the time in case you needed it, did ya? Shuddup, Queens' guy. Hope we don't see you again.

A bit of a chat, then another sing out. No tears till after the song, then they all fall to peices as usual, and it's mad hugs all round, including for Jabob, who is still there! Like Billy said, coming in third is good. I hope Jacob gets that far. This wasn't a nice results show. Except no more Elena. It was a great results show!
Byeee! (from your Thursday CI stand-in).

Top 6 show - Gordon Lighfoot Night (Who rocks)

Whoa, scary people outside the John Bassett Theatre much. Good, now we're inside. Hey, Ben, sup. Yes Yes, Kalan will win, shut up! It's not a REAL competition now that Kaleb's gone!! Sorry. Yes, I know what it feels like to lose my favourite, and I AM a fan of Kaleb Simmonds! Elena. Jason! Jacob! Shaney! Theresa! Kalan! That is the order they shall go in. Judges: Jake...ooh new suit! Beh, Farley. Sass looks cool. Beh, Zack's shirt looks like Kalan's from British Invasion night. Oh no wait, it looks like Josh's suit from his elimination night. Well, it's a jean jacket, but it sort of has the same material. Whatever. Now Gordon Lightfoot background thingy. He almost died. Wow. My favourite song by him is "Sundown". TWOP say Kalan is singing that. He better do good with that. He's in the audience. He seems to find it hard to stand up. Poor Gordon.

Elena Juatco - "Early Morning Rain". She's sitting on the stool of seriousness. She looks different. I can't hear her very well. Oh, there we go. This is a good song. She yodelled, which I like, but it was still just okay. That's a compliment from me. Jake says it was captivating. Farley says a few weaknesses, but he agrees with Jake. Sass says she was impressed by...something or other, I wasn't listening. Zack says he had no issues with it. In other words, it was okay, like I said. Ben says it was pretty. Meh, I guess. Ugh, your lines suck Ben! "If you could read my mind, you'd know we have to take a break now"? Seriously. I wonder who's going to sing that song? Maybe Jason. That would be a good Jason song.

So anyway, like Ben said, commercials. The stupid landlord came to the house right when Elena came on so I almost missed the song title, not that it matters that much except that I need it for this recap and my number list that I have beside me. Back. IT'S LOU!!! LOU PAMONTI PLAYS THE PIANO IN THE INTRO CLIPS!!! I missed that guy SO much, it's so awesome to see him! I was so sad after the top 32 ended, I thought I'd lost him forever!

Jason Greeley - "Rainy day people". I'm a rainy day person, he's singing about me! Ha, I wish. But what he's singing is true, that IS what rainy day people are like, I love being one. This is a cool song, too. He's good, he's singing deeply. In both ways, voice and emotion. He's cool! Farley says perfect song and comfort zone. Sass mumbles something about next time but great job! Zack says it looked like Jason was uncomfertable he found it really b-b-b-b-boring. Jake says Zack is confusing boredom with comfort. I agree. GO JASON GREELEY!

Commercials. Jacob Hoggard up next. Whoa, that guy looks like John Michael from WB Superstar. Air wick, eh? Sorry. Lol, diet pepsi van. Mmm, excel mints. My mint moment would be to go out with Jonathan and make it so that he didn't have to leave. Back.

I don't WANT to see the losers in the streets and Jon Dore! Who names their kid, Tyson? Stupid name. Unicorn parks and sugar before bedtime. Right.

Jacob Hoggard - "Sundown". OH MY GOD!! DON'T mess this up, Hoggard, or I will seriously kill you. He's singing it too low. He sings "Sun" too low, it's meant to be higher, I should know, I listen to this song all the time. Now he's singing it okay. He's wearing a little too much makeup, but he stepped up near the end in his rock thing. I feel that there are some songs that can't be rocked and need to be sung in their regular way, but whatever, it's Jacob. Sass liked it. Zack said it sucked, but he's glad Jacob tried to sing like him. Jake says it's a different version than usual. Okay, then. Did Farley just say he stinked? Lol Ben. Ew, how gay, Jacob just...never mind. He was better last week. I think I would have liked it if Kalan sang it, but whatever.

Commercials. The stage backdrop looks different than ususal, it's more...red. Family plan from Rogers Wireless. Beh, wine gums. NOW I get that advert! Home hardware. Beh, put a cloud in your shoe, right. Wal-Mart...3 Musketeers. Okay, then. I really hope Theresa and Kalan bring some good to this show, because it hasn't been that great so far. Beh, Ronnie Hawkins. CTV News @ 6. Back.

Shane Wiebe - "The way I feel". NOW I know who he looks like, TRAVIS from RFR, of course! They look exactly the same, except Travis has slanted eyes and blond hair, but the faces are identical. Sorry I'm not commenting on the performance much, but there's not much to say. Ooh, yodel. Nice. Ooh, another yodel, even nicer! Ooh, yet another one, he's on a roll now! He looks sad. But it looks like he started shaving again, so props to him on that one. He is HOT! Zack says it was a really lovely performance on Shane's part. Jake says Shane can sing anything. Okay. Farley says...a bunch of weird rhyming stuff about Wiebling and wobbling but not falling down. Beh. Sass says she's changed the way she feels about him. Song title, much? Ben says this is what Shane is like when he gets a little dirty. Beh.

Loreal clip. I hate fake tanning things. They're either for people who are too lazy to go out into the sun or who don't have time or who are sensitive. With the idols, I know which case it is. Commercials. I'm talking to my sister Melissa on the phone right now. Back. Ronnie Hawkins is in the audience, beh.

Theresa Sokyrka - "Song for a winter's night". She's been the best all night. Zack says her throat was better. I missed the other judges comments, sorry. I'm on the phone, like I said.

Commercials. Back.

Kalan Porter - "If you could read my mind". EEEEK!!! Sorry, I love this song. He is so SEXY! Rawr. He was awesome, once again him and Theresa were the best. Well last week it was him and Theresa and Kaleb, but shut up. The judges all liked it. Nuclear explosion...lol Zack. Lol Ben.

Recap: Elena Juatco - 1-866-9-IDOL-01 - "Early morning rain"
Jason Greeley - 1-866-9-IDOL-02 - "Rainy day people"
Jacob Hoggard - 1-866-9-IDOL-03 - "Sundown"
Shane Wiebe - 1-866-9-IDOL-04 - "The way I feel"
Theresa Sokyrka - 1-866-9-IDOL-05 - "Song for a winters night"
Kalan Porter - 1-866-9-IDOL-06 - "If you could read my mind"

I'm voting for K&T unit. Which used to be Kaleb and Theresa and Kalan, but shut up.

Jonathan's in Whistler right now. He's coming back on Thursday, I just talked to his grandparents about that. Like I KNEW he was in Whistler, because he told me, but I just wasn't sure what day he was getting back and when he was going back to England, but they told me: He's coming back to VICTORIA on Thursday, and going to back to ENGLAND...on Saturday. Yeah. That, honestly, sucks. It's just that I've barley even gotten to spend some...oh crap. Thursday. Saturday. That's when I'm supposed to be in Vancouver. Oh great, this is just SO friggin' GREAT, isn't it. I don't know what to do. This is probably going to be my ONLY time to go to Vancouver and Playland before school starts again, but it's definitely my LAST time to see and talk to Jonathan. DAMN IT! Why...does this...have..to happen...to me? Ugh. It's bad enough Kaleb's gone! I seriously don't know what to do.
